What happens when I run out?+

Purchase a message top-up pack instantly and continue working. Messages are added to your account immediately after payment. Or wait for your monthly allowance to reset on your next billing date.

Do purchased credit packs expire?+

No. Credit top-up packs never expire, they carry over indefinitely. Your monthly allowance resets each billing cycle, but purchased credit packs remain. Storage and manager packs are recurring monthly subscriptions, they grant their entitlement for as long as the subscription is active and can be cancelled at any time.
